Synchronome Movie

Bryan Mumford used his digital camera and his electronic trigger product ("The Time Machine") to photograph successive actuations of a Synchronome clock escapement with increasing delays, then strung the resulting pictures together in this little QuickTime movie. Of course you can do this with any repetitious sequence.
