Web Site Creation and Management
Creating individual web pages is pretty easy, with most applications capable of saving in HTML (web page) format. However, once the site has more than a few pages it becomes difficult to manage the pages: updating information, redesigning the "look" of a site, creating graphics (like buttons and rollovers), and making sure all the links work.
Roy Prince (owner of homeexchange.com) will use the library and template site-management tools of Dreamweaver 3 to demonstrate how a site consisting of many pages can be quickly and accurately updated. Roy will also demonstrate Fireworks 3's advanced graphic navigation bar creation capability and how it integrates with Dreamweaver.
Come to this meeting to see the tools a step or two beyond the capability of FirstPage and its competitors.
Remember, the meetings are free and open to the public. Please bring a friend.
